2012 Was a good Year for Cape Town
The year is
coming to an end and 2012 has been a good all rounder for Cape Town, that produced
a year filled with excitement and activities witch included international performances
such as, Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Linkin Park, Cold Play and U2.
The Cape
Argus, The Two Oceans Marathon and the Spar Ladies Mile all broke records in participants
and was as usual a huge success. At
Newlands Rugby stadium the Western Province Rugby team impressed all by winning
the Currie Cup Final for the first time in 11 years.
Road
upgrades in and around Cape Town has been phenomenal with the boys at the council working around
the clock to ensure that our roads are the best
in South Africa and ready for the high season as thousands of visitors
are expected to stream into Cape Town. The Talbleview bus route has been
extended that makes the flow of traffic more efficient and bearable for the
locals.
Theaters,
arena’s and parks were jam packed this year and kids were not excluded. Nina
and the Neurons, The Dolphin story and Tinkerbelle were just some of the
mentions that kids could enjoy with their families.

and wish all a Blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
